Good response. The service was provided the same day it’s been requested. The technician showed up on time and he was very courteous. The task was to hang four large heavy pictures. The only reason I am not giving 5 star is because I was expecting two people since this was a two-people job. So I had to help the technician myself. Anyways, all in all, the job got done and the price was fairly reasonable so I would still recommend it.

Yesterday FixTMan LLC hung 8 large picture frames efficiently and straight, but not centered on the wall as we had specified with a design drawing (see photo). All 8 need to be rehung - centered with the light sconces. FixTMan apologized and scheduled to return to rehang all 8. Today I removed the frames only to see their tech made 19 extra nail holes all over our freshly textured and painted wall in various attempts to hang the pictures well. I immediately notified FixTMan and they apologized, saying their 30 day warranty will cover patching/fixing but they don’t do refunds. At this point I simply don’t trust their workmanship. I’ll get someone else to fix the job, albeit I’ve lost the money we paid FixTMan already and are about to pay 2 - 3 times that to pay another professional.
