My primary goal is to understand exactly where you're at so that I can customize your experience to address each of your unique needs and goals. I understand that no two people are the same, and no two people deserve the same exercise and Massage program. Whether you wish to train privately, in a semi private group, you will receive a private consultation and complete biomechanics assessment so that your safety and proper coaching can be ensured at every step of the process. Train in an athletic performance center boasting an environment that's second to none in North Scottsdale! Massage Therapy practice is partnered with one of Scottsdale's top Chiropractic Kinesiologists at Pinnacle Peak and Pima. I want to give you every tool to be as successful as possible! I believe in educating every one of my clients, it's amazing WHAT we can do, when we know WHY we're doing it! Knowledge is power, this is why I enjoy studying my industry so diligently, to better educate my clients in the process. Many people get lost in the mix of large fitness classes and end up going through the motions without understanding the true goal. This lack of attention to detail can lead to poor mechanics becoming habit, leading to injury sooner or later.

Max and I went to massage school together and he's also trained me for over a year now! When I started working out with Max I was tired all the time and working way too damn much. I'm holding more muscle than I ever have, which helps me have the strength to do the deep structural body work I do, and more importantly back to my energetic active self!! If your in the Scottsdale AZ go train with Max, he is a phenomenal trainer who pays attention to the details, coupled with making sure workouts center on good form, creative in challenging the body by switching things up, and does amazing bodywork as well. The combo of personal training and bodywork makes him unique in his field! He has an Instagram page is full of on point free information about how to have great mobility in your body! I value his feedback when it comes to my massage body work, we all need people in our fields, whom we can pick their brains with about how to do things differently or better! Overall Max is an amazing trainer and bodywork therapist, your body will change and he's fun to work out with!

Roughly three years ago I made the decision to have Max train me and help me get in shape. After playing sports from baseball to wrestling to basketball to swimming I never realized that paying attention to the little details like proper breathing, rolling out your muscles, various retention band stretches/workouts, trigger point massage therapy, etc. would make all the difference! Focusing on the little things made my life, which includes activities from sitting at a desk all day to hiking to golfing 27 holes in a day feel like a breeze. If you workout with Max say goodbye to neck, shoulder, back, knee, and hip pain! Although I live hundreds of miles away from Max the knowledge I gained after a few months will be utilized for the rest of my life. Thanks Max!

Max is without a doubt one of the best trainers that I've came across. He personally evaluates the way your body moves and functions and creates a plan that is not only going to maximize your results in the gym, but fixes the issues that could hold your body back. Anything from knots in your muscle to realigning your posture and increase your flexibility. He has so many tools in his arsenal that he is able to help you with almost anything that you want to fix with your body and overall health. Even if you look past all his experience and knowledge, Max is a great motivator and is dedicated to his clients. I would HIGHLY recommend Max to anyone who is trying to make a positive change to their health and lifestyle.

In a fitness world of insanity and injuries, without many results, Max brings a unique and refreshing perspective to personal training and massage therapy. In the short time I have known him, I have learned a lot about the correct ways to train and recover to see real results. I have worked with many personal trainers and Max is among the top for his experience and professionalism. He gives his clients one-on-one attention and is very results driven. The fact that he has kept all his clients for the past 2 years I have seen him, speaks for itself. I have also been through 3 sessions of massage therapy with Max and was amazed at the difference I felt and saw. I have never heard of "before and after" pictures with a massage, and didn't think it would make a big difference but I was very wrong. There is so much I can write about Max, and his ability to train. If you want any of the following, Max is your go to guy. Training with purpose, want a trainer who has solid knowledge of the body, who can tailor workouts for YOUR body or desires, who knows his nutrition, he has more workouts up his sleeve than a magician-you definitely won't be board. If you need/want a trainer who will push you, make you sweat, give wise advise I dig Max. He can stretch you, massage you, he will work you, he will do core training with purpose, build muscle, tone you, or help you excel in sports. My personal favorite is that he strengthened my shoulder that hurt for 2 years and saved me from having to go in for surgery!!! Thanks Max!
