Work History: I began working at the Boulders Resort and several other Resorts and Hotels through out the Valley as an independent contractor. When not on call in the tourist industry I worked part time as an employee of Scottsdale Family Health Care and rented an office space at the Best Part Hair Salon. I opened my first private practice office in downtown Scottsdale in 1991, Dreams in Beauty Day Spa in Sandpoint, ID in 1998 and Peggy Richards Massage Therapy and Bodywork in Payson, AZ in 2018. I am currently offering my services through out the year in AZ and on a limited basis in Sandpoint, ID.
Through weaving techniques together or using them exclusively, my goal is to assist you in accomplishing your goals. Whether it be maintaining increased flexibility, structural alignment, joint stability, stress relief or injury recovery or pain relief. I am available to assist you.
I enjoy working on individuals and groups! When I see people get something out of their session that they can take into their everyday life as being an improvement to their lifestyle. I am honored to have been given the privilege to have worked with them.
I love to see clients become pain free, relaxed and more comfortable with their bodies and enjoy the way they feel.
