Worst company ever. Almost two months later and I’m still waiting on a refund. My credit card account was closed so they are not able to refund me to the original form of payment. Keep giving me the run around after I provided the information the request to refund me back as ACH or cash app. Gave me plenty of excuses like they need time to transfer the money to one account of theirs to another count of theirs to refund me back. gave me excuses as he’s too busy and keep assigning other ppl supposedly to handle the refund. After requesting for my ACH or cash app now saying they can’t ONLY refund me back to the original form of payment. Credit card company stated that I can request a check from Opal as they still owe me my money. DO NOT BOOK with this company
