My experience with Ryan has been nothing short of excellent. If I have a question I get an instant answer. He's always answered and surpassed being able to answer every question about a supplement, a workout move and a diet routine I've ever asked. He personally writes up all of my workouts and i can honestly say that Im in the best shape of my life because of Ryan. His personality is up front, he's genuine and very passionate about his career in fitness, lifting, supplements and dieting. I have had extended experience training with ryan. He is a great trainer, and a great person! He loves what he does and will go above and beyond to ensure you reach your goals! He has an abundance of knowledge concerning supplements (cuts out all the wasted money on expensive supplements that never give results!!!!!). Overall there is no one else I would go to for any advice.

I am a 51 year old mom who has not worked out with any weights since high school. i was nervous about beginning a work out program, but Ryan has been great! i could not ask for a better trainer. I have seen amazing results in the relatively short time I have worked with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and creates challenging yet fun workouts for his clients. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a trainer who is not only inspiring and challenging but extremely patient and encouraging. Once you work out with Ryan you will never want another trainer!

Ryan Taylor is an amazing personal trainer!! As I prepare for my first show as a bikini competitor, he has pushed and encouraged me every step of the way! He will give you a diet plan to follow as well as tell you what supplements will best help you accomplish your fitness goals! And as the owner of his own supplement company, he really knows his stuff!! I can truly say I am in the best shape of my life because he has pushed me to limits I never thought possible!! You won't be sorry with this guy as your trainer!!
