seriously, I don't know a better coach. Kevin takes time to write out workouts that are specific to you. if you don't understand them or need help modifying movements he is always there to help make your training better. He can do it all! from building you workouts to help lose weight or building muscle. need help with nutrition he's got you. If you have a big race on the calendar or just want to lose weight for that wedding he is your person!!
