Goals

Introduction: I offer American Ninja Warrior and parkour training in the Scottsdale and Phoenix areas. Parkour is the discipline of using one's body to move and negotiate obstacles in a real-world environment. Traceurs (parkour athletes) learn how to master this art, one jump, climb, and roll at a time. Beginners will learn the basics of running, jumping and climbing while having some fun learning what their bodies are capable of. For intermediate students, we will begin training to negotiate obstacles quickly and safely while also covering more advanced skills from the beginning level. Advance athletes who are looking to further their knowledge of this rapidly growing sport will be given the tools and training needed to take it to the next level. I am an assistant director at Scottsdale's first indoor parkour gym and fitness center, Scottsdale Parkour and Freeruning. Training can either be done at the gym or outside at the students desired location. I am pretty flexible with location choice so just contact me for more info.

I have watched Kris work with my two boys for the past year in parkour. He is experienced in his field, watching him do the moves and show the kids what can be done, he's kind to the kids and helpful in explaining how to make certain moves work better for them and stays after to work with those kids who want and need the extra help. We have been very fortunate to have Kris as our coach!
