- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first either start of with a phone call or e-mail conversation to make sure that I meet with them first as a free consultation so we can get acquainted with each other. Also answer questions they may have about me and my experience. This also gives that owner a chance to go over any details that would like me to know about their pet so that I understand their regular daily routine.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started Darlaloo's Pet Services because I understand that life can get busy, travels may take you away from home, or you just are not able to give all your attention to your beloved pet(s). Working 12 hour days in the medical field and being away from my baby girl Darla always broke my heart, and my business is a way to help others who find themselves in a similar situation.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I provided dog walking and pet services to my clients in the Scottsdale area. Not only do I provide dog walking services, I also do cat checkups as well as look after exotic pets while clients are away from their home.
