- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies from weekday to weekend, number of hours and what kind of services and enhancements each client would like. In this digital computerized age, it's commonplace to email and ask for a quote. While I am happy to do so, I can't stress how important it is to take a few minutes and actually talk to each other so you can get a sense of my personality--after all, that's really what you are hiring--and I can learn more about what you are wanting and customize your package and price based on your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out about you and what style and tone you're looking for and what type(s) of features you'd like in your package. I tailor each event to the needs of my clients as well as the demographic of the people they invite so everyone can participate and be part of the fun!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism/Mass Communication with a minor in Business.
