For you to say you "love" your customers is a bunch of b/s. I have still not gotten all the maintenance done you promised, you never return phone calls, and now Sureway wants to evict me because I refuse to pay rent for an apartment that had 19 discrepancies. Don Chilton

This biggest problem is I can not give details to our tenants accounts. If we are evicting any tenant it is with cause and through the courts. Tenants are not our only customer as we are property management company and have a duty to the owner. Only if Don Chilton gives written permission to discuss his account on social media, can I really defend myself and any actions taken by myself and/or Sureway.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was kind of guided in the direction by my uncle. At 18 I was shopping apartments for him. I have always had a knack with real estate, and rentals. Also you can really help people, on all levels. I like the looks on peoples faces when I have good news for them. Knowing your helping someone with a house that they call home or provides financial security for their family is such a fulfilling thing.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    What don't I do, I love my clients! I lease, manage, give evaluations, suggestions to increase revenue, inspections, go to HOA meetings, and if a tenant does not fulfill a lease term, due to no fault of the owner, I credit them the commission on the uncollected rent!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Chose a company that is licensed in the state your rental home is located in. Also, can you call them after hours, what are there hours and if they gave you a cell number do they screen the calls after hours?
