Our pricing is straightforward and transparent with no hidden fees or surprise charges. We focus on fair pricing and helping customers save money by maintaining equipment properly and recommending only what is truly needed. Any repairs or additional work are explained clearly and approved before we move forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your pool, your equipment, and your goals. From there we schedule a visit, evaluate the pool and systems, and explain our recommendations in plain language. Once service begins, we communicate clearly, show up consistently, and make pool care simple and stress free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are professionally trained in pool maintenance, water chemistry, and advanced equipment diagnostics. We are a licensed general contractor with a pool specialty license, allowing us to handle repairs and system work properly and to code. We stay up to date on modern pool equipment, automation, and repair best practices so we can confidently service both standard and complex pool systems.
