First of all, let me start by saying that I NEVER rate anyone or any service at the highest number, but in this case, I could not do anything less. New to Arizona and "hard" water, we did not like what the water was doing to our skin, nor did we like the taste. My husband & I went to a Home Show, where we talked to a dozen companies about water softening systems. We chose James out of those 12 because of his honesty, sincerity, and willingness to help us. We did not have a "loop" in our house, so he helped organize that process. Not only did he organize, but he met the contractor at our house, and completed a walk-through. He also made an on-site visit during the install to make sure all was well. What impressed us most about James was the fact that he oversaw the whole process from start to finish. Never totally putting it in the hands of the installers. The people he introduced us to to help complete the job were top quality, on-time, precise, and educated. James remains in contact with us to not only check on the system, but to check on US. I don't believe that there is anything James failed to do to make sure our experience was a great one. If you want good, sincere, honest, and hardworking in a person who is to perform a service for you, then I recommend James Hoppe.

H2Pure is the type of company you wish you could hire for all your home improvement needs. James takes great pride in his business. He educated me on the various water treatment products he could provide. He communicated with me throughout the installation process. You could tell customer satisfaction was paramount @ H2Pure. I recommend them to anyone in Arizona for water softeners and reverse osmosis equipment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
If you aren't learning everyday than you aren't growing. I read a lot of articles on line. you can also find a lot of information at places like youtube. It's a wealth of "how to" if you search a lot. I also network with a lot of other professionals in my industry. I like to pick the brains of the older business owners in my industry. Their knowledge is something you can't get in a book.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a lot of Reverse Osmosis Filter Changes. I also provide a good amount of free soft water loop estimates. I also provide a lot of systems with a combination of filtration and water softening, rather than just a water softener.
