- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
If you aren't learning everyday than you aren't growing. I read a lot of articles on line. you can also find a lot of information at places like youtube. It's a wealth of "how to" if you search a lot. I also network with a lot of other professionals in my industry. I like to pick the brains of the older business owners in my industry. Their knowledge is something you can't get in a book.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a lot of Reverse Osmosis Filter Changes. I also provide a good amount of free soft water loop estimates. I also provide a lot of systems with a combination of filtration and water softening, rather than just a water softener.
