Scott did a fab job getting this closed. We were left with no water to the house but he made a trip on Saturday and back on Sunday to install a new PRV and get my family back to normal with water supply back up. A BIG THANKS and definetely recommend for any plumbing repairs.

I highly recommend Ironwood Valley Plumbing. Within just a few minutes of me requesting their services, for an upstairs bathroom leak that ocurred this morning, the company was already contacting me to arrange for Alex to come to my place the same morning and diagnose the situation.
Alex was prompt, professional, friendly, kept a clean work area, and extremely thorough in investigating the source of the leak (which was tricky and complex, due to the water leaking from an upstairs shower area down through a ground-floor kitchen ceiling), and communicated frequently and clearly, throughout the process.
The situation did not end up requiring further plumbing work, but Alex was able to coordinate a referral to the type of contractor I need in order for me to resolve my situation. The service call fee was very reasonable.
I will use these folks for all of my future plumbing needs. Can't recommend them enough.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate fee for the cost of the job and expected time, level of expertise, and warranty. We offer discounts for our beloved veterans and senior citizens.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a system of checking the issue, then doing a checkup on the whole system. All of your plumbing is related. I always check water pressure and quality. Then I write up different options based on what the customer asked for, then allow them to choose before doing any work or charging anything.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master Plumbing license in 2 states.
Natural Gas Technician Certified by the Rocky Mountain Gas Association.
Navien tankless water heater certified.
Water filtration certified by the Canature Water Group.
