- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take pride in my work and pay attention to flavor pairings and presentation. After discussing options for your party, I will make a suggestion on number of dishes and quantities of each so that you have enough hut don’t end up with a lot of left overs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will set up a time to talk and gather information before sending anyone a quoteZ i work with a “package deal” approach instead of focusing solely on headcount. This has been proven to be more cost effective for the customer as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in Argentina and after the passing of my mother at an early age, I developed a love for the kitchen while learning from my grandmother. This love for the culinary arts remained with me and continued to grow as I gathered experience through the years. After working a corporate job for 16 years and having to cook for my teams for every potluck, I decided to embark in this new path and share my love of gastronomy with others.
