- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a FREE Tune-Up with every service. We believe that hourly charges are not fair to the consumer. Our diagnostic starts at $49. (it lets everyone know if repair is the best option.) If repair is chosen the diagnostic charge is applied toward the repair. All repair is capped at $120 + parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers are part of our technology family; New and existing customers receive the same great service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every day we learn something new about technology. We are consistently reading and learning about technology as it changes daily. I am currently learning how to program and code with computers.
