We signed a contract on the first of September. Finally are getting our gate (maybe) tomorrow 11 - 8 -2021. Their work looks good but they don't get back with you on updates. You need to call them.

That same week the owner went into surgery, the office had to find concrete the day of because we had a problem with the truck guy that was scheduled to deliver your concrete, and all cement companies are backed up. However we managed to deliver it to you. Thank you for your review since it helps us improve our services to our customers. We hope you and your husband are fully satisfied and happy with our completed work

I paid half down and 3 days later all this block was delivered at my house. The very next day they sent a team over and built my wall in just one day. Those guys didn't mess around, just made a straight wall that looks great! My wall definitely looks better than the other walls in my neighborhood.

******update- we did not make changes. Things were forgotten and then because it cost more labor to fix the issue they charged us more*****-I still dont see how you can take on more projects being you are 7 months delayed. You are really 7 months delayed because of challenges in the industry? We have been forgottenOur project has been sitting for month after month unfinished. I dont understand how they could be taking on more work with how delayed they are.They also didnt follow the plan on our contract and charged us more to fix the issue they createdIts been 7 months since we were told they would start our project after signing in March and its still not done and no clue whats going on.Good luck.

Hi Carolyn, I do want to apologize for the delay on your project and maybe for the lack of communication. However I am sure you are aware of everything going on in these times. With laborer shortages and suppliers behind, that delays and effects us as well. In regards to following the contract, we always follow the contract. In your case, you requested changes, of which we made a Change Order and of which you signed. When a customer wants changes there are price changes that comes with it most of the times anywhere you go. Anyway, we are just about finished with your job. We will be reaching out to you. Thank you for your understanding. ***Update*** Carolyn, with all due respect; (1) you signed a change order yet claim there were no changes? (2) If we created an issue, we don't charge our customers, why would you pay for something that it wasn't your fault? (3) It sounds like an assumption to say "because it cost more labor" (4) It is not right to claim that we are taking on more jobs or not unless if you work here in the office with us (5) It's not just the industry Carolyn, for the last 2 years the world has been going through a pandemic (6) Being a business owner I would hope you understood the delays and challenges. Your job has been completed. We have been also waiting on the email response and balance remaining. Thank you and take care
