- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to meet with a new customer at the site where the concrete will be installed. In order to give a accurate, affordable bid we need to look at the project area so we can determine how much preparation work as well as installation work will be necessary to complete the project. We also like to meet in person so the customer can communicate effectively exactly what their expectations are. We hold our customer service to the highest standard. We will make sure the customer is happy with their concrete project and leave the customer feeling satisfied with a professional job at a affordable price.

Our company is fond of all the projects we complete. We take pride in being trades men of the concrete industry. We are proud of completing projects in a clean, timely manner. We will complete your project quickly and correctly. We will not cut corners to save time and we will always install a quality product with the highest grade materials available.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important advice we can offer is be very selective when choosing a concrete contractor. If not installed correctly, concrete can be very expensive to repair, sometimes the repair is demoing the job and starting over. The area the concrete will be installed in needs to be prepared correctly as well. Grades need to be correct so drainage remains intact and overall the finished product should look uniform and consistent. Make sure the contractor you choose is licensed bonded and insured. There is security knowing the contractor you choose is held to a professional standard through the register of contractors.
