- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That regardless of the project I will give them, A Honest Days Work, For an Honest Days Pay, In A Journeyman Like Manner! I will always Work With my Client to Insure that I have met their needs, and any Discount given will be on a case by case basis, any Fees Charged will be Fair and Just, and I will always give more of myself than I am being paid for! At All Times I will Give Advise if I feel It is Warranted, on how to Achieve an Equal or Better than Standard Result! I
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Exchange Contact information, Meet with the Client and/or Speak with them about their needs and the requirements of the project, then determine the Full scope of the project and reach a Common Ground Decision on how the project will proceed based on Time and Financial requirements! Schedule the work and adhere to the Time that is needed to complete the Project! The project will be completed to the requirements discussed at the beginning of the project, and upon completion, Job Clean up will be done, and final payment will be due!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 50yrs of on the job training and certifications in several trades. I was a Builder Instructor with the US Navy “SeaBees” and have several large projects I personally completed on Vandenberg Air Force Base, Point Magu Naval Air Weapons Station, and Specialty Certifications in Asbestos Abatement, Environmental inspections, and Remediation of Environmental contamination, and/or removal of contaminated building materials, such as Mold, and Bacterial growth. I have years of on the job training in several trades! I have built several homes from the ground up, and still learn new things everyday! I am a Finish Carpenter/Builder, Professional Flooring Installer, Plumber, Drywall expert, Mould Inspector, Mould Remediator, Painter, was a Roofing Inspector for Pac Bell, and as I said I have built homes and worked on Commercial buildings all my Life!
