Recently had new LVP flooring installed in our home. Jim is an honest, no nonsense business owner. He installed our carpet 4 years ago and we were very happy then. We are just as satisfied this time. I received several bids and Jim always has the best price. Doesn't try to up sell things you don't need. His installer Kris is a true artist laying the the LVP. He's very experienced and takes his time to make sure everything is done right. He knows how to make a perfect pattern, carefully moves furniture/appliances, and cleans up nicely each day. His work painting and putting down new trim was amazing. Couldn't be more pleased with the product and the work that was done.

We recently had several floor tiles in our home replaced. It was a difficult job because several of the tiles were raised because of a crack in our subfloor. Kris Farrell knew exactly what to do to correct the problem. Once he lifted the tiles, he had to grind the crack to make it level. It took almost a day, but he wouldn't stop until it was perfect. After three days, the end result was amazing. The floor looks brand new! We have never seen anyone work as hard as Kris. The price was more than reasonable, and we highly recommend Kris to anyone needing tile work done.

We recently had about 1000 sq feet of laminate flooring installed by Surprise Flooring, The installation was perfect! The price was extremely reasonable. The job was completed quickly! We had two other bids by local contractors and Surprise Flooring was far more reasonable than the others.. My advice is to get competitive bids and make sure one of the bids are from Surprise Flooring! You won't be disappointed!
