I utilized ReNET for my living room surround sound. The Good: Small Business Family oriented Competitive prices The BAD: Not clear on SOME charges Not prepared for unseen issues. They come and hope they have everything vice preparing when the estimate is done. They scratched the wall underneath my television. I have contacted them three times now and no response. Very unprofessional in this sense. I actually wanted to still use them for another room in my house, and they have ignored my last three contacts. I will use streamline audio in the future.

Project: 5 speakers on ceiling, run speaker wires to existing equipment location (hot attic), hang TV over fireplace, hook up to existing amplifier. No additional problems. All done in 4hrs! Customer was very happy (no scratch at this time), asked for extra (additional) work: relocate subwoofer existing wires and add 15ft toslink wire to TV-amp. Service rescheduled for another day. Next week work was done. Additional charge was very low (cover gas and toslink wire at cost, no extra charge!) This charge was a problem, customer expected free wire and service. 7 days later customer send us picture with scratched wall blaming us. We never ignored any contact attempts. SMS at midnight is not a contact. We still use phones and emails. FOR ALL CONTRACTORS WORKING FOR THIS CUSTOMER: THINK TWICE
