FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe my clients should get what they pay for and not for how long it takes me to do it or what I can get done in a set amount of time. I ask my clients a set of questions about their home or office and what their needs are. I then calculate the time I believe the job should take me and the supplies required. I give my clients a set price over the phone. however there are some special services that do need to be priced in person. no work is done before the price is agreed on, and the price will never go up if for some reason the job takes longer than expected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take advantage of every opportunity to further my knowledge and efficiency as a professional cleaner and a business owner.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to clean, I'm not scared of hard work, and I love to make people happy.
