- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do customized pricing and offer various options for pricing outside of my basic pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meeting, I like to do a thorough walkthrough with customer and take notes of preferences, requests, requirements, as well as frequency. Which all factors into pricing. After the walkthrough I will create a checklist for your services. I do this because I prefer to write things down to make sure nothing is missed and keeps the customers happy to be getting exactly what they want
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree, my career history includes: medical assistant, bartender, psych hospital behavioral health, I am also a mother of three tiny humans under 6 and two dogs; cleaning is an absolute must with this many kiddos.
