I was a little apprehensive about having someone in to clean again bc I had another group from another company, and they took my $$$ but didn't dust in alot of areas and when they came in, their vacuum was filled to the top with God knows what. When Debra cleaned my apt, she said she loved cleaning homes and I could tell right away too... She cleaned EVERYTHING and my apt smelled so good, and all of our (my dog and I) hair which was a good 1/8th" deep due to a bad surgery which left me disabled enough so I couldn't clean... Love, love, love her, Progressive Cleaning and Thumbtack.com....

We live with a roommate who never cleans, three cats, a German Shepherd, and an 8 year old son. In the past month, my mom died awfully, battling cancer, and I had surgery with downtime. You can imagine my home looked like … a car crash. Dust, clothes, random junk, and detritus everywhere, and me with no energy at all to fix the problem. I put a quote on Thumbtack and Mel was the most professional, fairly-priced, and communicative option. What Mel’s team did for us was nothing short of a miracle. I’m not exaggerating when I say I almost cried. Instead of just cleaning around all my random stuff in piles, they organized, cleaned up trash, and sanitized and cleaned every surface spotlessly. I was so embarrassed that the first thing I said was “just stay the three hours, you don’t even have to finish, just do what you can.” Well guess what: not only did they finish - they went above and beyond to make sure my home was as clean as possible. I set up a monthly cleaning service with them because they truly changed my life. If you’re on the fence at all, I’m here to tell you, book them now!
