Tracy arrived on time and went right to work. She cleaned windows, rails and screens. Although we chatted while she worked, she never stopped and gave us tips on cleaning products she used. She was professional but personable and will have her in our home for other cleaning tasks. Good job, Tracy.

Tracy has worked with us for over a year, she is very reliable and does an outstanding job. She does the job right the first time; we have never had to ask her to redo anything. We have referred her to others and she has gotten outstanding reviews from them as well. She has a schedule of thing she does weekly, monthly so she and make sure that all the little thing get done as well.

To Great to be True. Tracy Sounded Great on the phone then all of a sudden decided to leave us high and dry. Would not return phone calls and if you were able to get her on the phone she would hangup on you and then not return calls. We never was able to receive service from Tracy. Unsure how to rate her on her cleaning skill because we were never able to get her setup for weekly cleaning.

I am not sure about this post, I at this time was not available to work, i was not uere in Az. My phone was left with a employee and is now longer with me to ask about the communication, I apologize for the mishap.

I agree with the review from December 24th that she will leave you high and dry without a return call or text. She seemed very nice on the phone but no response is bad business. I would not suggest using this company.

James, if I recall correctly I did text you in return of our conversation. I stated the job description and conversation of what was needed and the thumbtk estimate was more detailed work which my schedule did not have time for. Thank you
