- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing on size of yard, number of trees and shrubs, size of shrubs and amount of debris which will be disposed of. Also size of grass areas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we thank them for choosing Yardfellaz Landscaping LLC! We value and deeply appreciate all our clients. Typically I meet with all new customers and look at their property in person. We then discuss what type of service they want & need. We answer answer questions and address all major issues with their yard. From there we discuss pricing and last we pencil you into our schedule. Communication is key we like to give you a notice before service. So usually we will text a reminder the day before service.
