- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is very simple. One flat rate that includes the cost of my services plus travel expenses. I like to keep things simple for my clients. You have enough to worry about with planning your event! Additional services can be discussed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive your request and rely with a quote. If you wish to discuss availability and reserving a date, we schedule a call. We call to learn about you and your event. If we're a good fit, we discuss the terms and investment in my program. Once we agree on terms, send contract agreement. Once contract received, scheduled pre-event call Arrive at event, change lives. Repeat
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied marketing and business management in college. My education also includes 12+ years real world leadership experience, 4 years in business, having trained countless of leaders, and writing multiple books on leadership and success. I am also member of the Industry Leaders Group, an executive level mastermind group that boasts millionaire entrepreneurs, corporate executives, renowned speakers, and bestselling authors.
