- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a few independently contracted massages therapists on our team. prices and services offered may vary but quality of work is very important to us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will fill out a very quick health intake form while the therapist sets up their massage table, dresses the table and starts their music. Then a brief discussion about session goals will take place and client and therapist will decide on the best way to proceed.
