Five stars isn’t enough to show how amazing Melissa is!!! She literally changed my life just by helping me declutter and purge. She’s professionalism, punctual and clearly communicates before and during the process so it’s not too overwhelming for you. My situation was probably the worst she’s ever encountered but she handled it promptly and even provided some tips to stay organized and decluttered. Loved it! She takes everything out of the pantry and lays it all out. Tosses out expired foods and she'll group items together in a way that makes sense to how you function in the kitchen. It's tough keeping your home organized and clean. I'm glad I found Melissa, now I can find the sugar! Totally recommend her work.

The organization done at my home was phenomenal, im more than happy with the work performed, most definitely will reach out again maybe every month have her come by and check out, thats how good im happy with the work!

I am very glad that I decided to hire Melissa. My project is decluttering and packing my 1 bedroom apt for an upcoming move. She is very professional and personable with excellent communication, suggestions, and guidance. Melissa purchased moving boxes and had everything ready when she came for the scheduled date and time. There's a bit more to do but we got a lot done so I am quite pleased...and relieved. I have her booked for another session to finish up and the peace of mind is so worth it. Her rate is reasonable and I highly recommend her.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Let's talk about the size of your space and the amount of items we will be going through to make you the organized person I know you are! I do 15-minute complimentary phone consultations. I ask a couple of questions and go over the steps in the organizational process. At that point, if we are a good fit I will email you my proposal which will have the invoice (estimate) and contract attached.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. Clear space 2. Sort and categorize items 3. Purge/donate/trash items 4. Design space for functionality and sustainability 5. Aesthetics (space will be pleasing to the eye) 6. You will be left with a working system that will be easy to maintain

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Everyone has a God-given talent, mine is to organize! Ever since I was a little girl I would line up my toys and keep my room tidy. Organizing is my hobby and I'm just lucky to be able to use that hobby to help others and take away stress and anxiety over their space/home.
