I can’t recommend LifeWater Solutions enough! Zak went above and beyond and completely exceeded my expectations.
I had a very complicated situation under my sink. The previous homeowner had somehow connected one reverse osmosis (RO) system into a second RO system, creating what looked like a Frankenstein setup. It took up the entire cabinet, barely produced any water, and the water tasted terrible.
Before calling LifeWater Solutions, I had another company come out. I made it very clear that I wanted to repair my existing system if possible, not replace it. Instead of trying to solve the problem, they immediately tried to sell me a brand-new system for around $1,000. They wouldn’t even consider repairing what I had or removing one of the systems. It was obvious they were more interested in making a big sale than helping me.
Zak was the complete opposite. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, explained everything clearly, and came up with a practical solution instead of trying to upsell me. He removed the unnecessary RO system, replaced the filters on the remaining system, cleaned everything up, installed a new faucet, and got everything working exactly as it should and he did it for a very reasonable price.
Now my RO system runs flawlessly, the water pressure is great, the water tastes amazing, and I finally have all of my cabinet space back.
It’s refreshing to find a company that values honesty, problem-solving, and customer service over making a quick buck. Zak definitely earned a customer for life. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely wants to help, LifeWater Solutions is the company to call.

I was able to get an appointment for them to come out the next day to install an RO system. The installation took about an hour and Zak was very professional and efficient, and explained some key facts about the system after he was finished installing it. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service fee is $85.00 which covers the trip charge and 1 hour of labor. Time beyond 1 hour is charged at $60.00 per hour, in 15 minute increments. New equipment varies in price depending on customer choice and scope of installation. We offer a 10% discount to seniors and veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we offer a free water test and consultations for hardness level, total dissolved solids, iron content, chlorine levels and nitrate content and ways to reduce or eliminate these issues. For repair or maintenance issues we have a service fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 35 years of experience in installing and servicing most major brands of water softeners, filtration and reverse osmosis systems. We both held Master Water Conditioning Licenses in Minnesota and are licensed by the state of Arizona with a specialty classification in water treatment. Our license number is 318510 C-54.
