- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I try my best to have the most competitive pricing I can. And in the situations where my pricing is higher, it is higher because I intend to go the extra mile, and use the higher quality materials, and ensure it is done the best way possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure that I properly understand the issue that they are having, and explain how I will resolve this issue for them. Explain my pricing, and if that is acceptable set an appointment date and time, and get all of their information.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Randomly got into it! Was looking for a new job years ago, something that was not monotonous and kept me active. Never would have guessed I would enjoy it like I do. Being able to help people with their problems in their home makes me happy!
