- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a fair rate for the service we provide. It’s actually lower than our zip code cost average. The world is changing and we are adapting with it but we would also love to keep our doors open to everyone we can. We provide quick and quality service for every customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our customers already have either a problem to fix, and idea to bring to life, or require more energy to continue moving buisness forward. We find out what that is and find the Best solution to whatever our customers needs are. Build a proposal to be agreed on, this is open to change over variables such a price, design, or timing. Once both parties are have agreed, we schedule a time and date. Install, test, and look for those smiles…

20 years as a tradesman. 15 years as an electrician. ROC certified. Hot work certified. ASU ( Electrical engineering)
