- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Based on the opinion of hundreds of established clients, our prices do not disappoint and are a perfect reflection of the amazing customer service and quality of work offered every single time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My approach is always to be as helpful & efficent as possible for the homeowner. I generally request as much as information as possible about the project. Most if not all the requested bids can be performed remotely by the help of images sent via text message or email by the homeowner and by answering my questions in regards to the project or repair at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing electrical work since I was 15 years old. Completed a 2 year associates degree on applied science and electrical and have been the lead electrician for the last 5 years.
