- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can view all of our lesson types and prices on our website. Just go to the scheduling page in World's Academy. All first lessons are free and you will receive a discount on your first paid lesson or package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we send you a link to take your placement test and we schedule your trial lesson with a highly skilled teacher who will assess your speaking level. The teacher will creat a PEAP - Personal English Action Plan - which will guide you in getting to the next level as quickly and efficiently as possible. Next, you will receive a link to the video classroom at World's Academy and will attend your trial lesson. After that, it is up to you to schedule your next lessons and work hard to advance your English skill.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many of our native English speaking teachers have degrees in English, Linguistics, or advanced degrees and are also certified in TESOL/TEFL. We also have native English speaking tutors who have great language skills and experience and offer a lower cost lesson.
