I was shopping for a quality garage floor epoxy contractor to do my house when after talking with 7 different providers of all walks of life. I was shocked in the range of the prices I was quoted for a standard 2 car garage. From $1800 to $5000 and they all had pretty much the same process and materials. On the low end they did a partial flake with acid washing. On the high end it was acid and grind with full flake. I was at The Good Guys Car Show in Scottsdale and found Clean Air Epoxy. What a find!After doing some more homework I learned how bad the dust from the grind is for me, my family and my daughters ESA, Dutch a Blue Quaker Parrot. That made it an easier decision for sure.I only found one that could do it without the acid or grind because of some patent pending primer that allowed them to get a perfect bond to my floor and back it up with a lifetime warranty. So, Clean Air Epoxy did my floor in 4.5 hours without grinding or acid. They did a full Flake that looks amazing and I was able to move all my gear back in after only 24 hours. They said I could park my car on it after 3 days.The process was easy as they did the whole quote over the phone with a few text pictures of my old floor. The price quoted was what I paid and no surprise charges at all. Actually I was surprised that one person showed up to do the work. Mike was polite, professional and did a quality install for me. He showed up in a super clean wrapped car with all the tools inside it like a Plummer's van. Verry efficient process with no wasted time or mess.My neighbors were shocked that he was done so quickly and did not have to grind. The lifetime warranty they provide gave me peace of mind and I know they would not offer it if there was a risk of failure.I would get a quote from Clean Air Epoxy and trust them to do it right the first time in a eco-friendly process that is better for us all.
