Hi I am Jenny- am a trauma informed, certified Yoga Breathing Coach, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, and Reiki Practitioner. I believe the greatest tool we have to better our lives is through the breath.
What is Yoga Breathing?
Using ancient yoga breathing practices informed by modern science to provide safe, practical exercises that deliver immediate results.
These practices are simple, everyday, scientific exercises that anyone can use to quickly affect their autonomic nervous system, stress response, mood and energy levels.
What is Active Breathwork?
While yoga breathing exercises are everyday, active breathwork is used less frequently but for high impact. This practice is an active meditation using a conscious continuous breathing pattern. It is a means to connect with your breath and your body to ground yourself in the present moment. It is also a powerful tool for personal growth, and emotional and energetic release. The benefits include physical, emotional, and spiritual well being.

I am here to help you connect with your breath and use it as a tool to better you life, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Depending on your personal goals I use a combination of yoga breathing and active breathwork to help you achieve them. I also am certified in reiki and incorporate reiki healing into all my breathing sessions.
