I used thumbtack to find a roofer for my very bad situation, and I'm extremely happy that I found RGB Restoration and builders! I had thought it a good idea to use my brother in law to fix our roof in order to save money. He removed the old roof the day of a huge rain storm and the ceiling inside collapsed! He then decided to stop all work, leaving all the old shingles laying in the front and backyards. I was in desperate need and had a couple of companies come out in one day to do estimates because I had a bare roof. When George came out, he was the most genuine, gave me a great quote, and promised to come back that day to get the roof covered. This company was the obvious choice.
He did come back and get it covered just in time for it to start raining! He also moved things around so that they could complete my roof on Monday, which was three days away, most companies had said it would be a week or two. They also cleared every shingle that was left on the ground by my destructive brother in law. Not an easy task!
The roof was completed in one day, and it looks amazing! I'm very happy I went this company for my roof, and I plan on using them to complete some other much needed home improvements, and I would recommend them to anyone including my family!

DO NOT HIRE!!!!!
I hired George to replace a 15' X 33' patio roof, covered by insurance. Of course he wanted the payment as soon as I received it. I signed the check over right away and George said it would be done within 5 days. IT HAS NOW BEEN 9 WEEKS AND STILL NOT COMPLETED! I get excuses and texts for the numerous no shows from the workers. George has largely ignored phone calls or texts. Now he has answered and argues with me about the start date. I have more promises unmet. He apparently likes to avoid conflict, so he passes it off to Mike who has been the biggest part of the excuses and unmet promises. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. In 30 years of working with contractors professionally I have never seen anything like this. Consider the one star as the only way to get this posted.

He helped me get a whole new roof, very knowledgeable about the insurance process. The bulk of the roof looks really good and we are very happy with the roof. He also referred us to a carpenter to have our patio rebuilt and the gentlemen did an excellent job. He was vague with the complete cost of the project which made it difficult for me to shop around and I did not appreciate that. His workers cracked a board on my roof and did not replace it. They also left roofing nails all around my house and driveway and I had to replace a tire on my car since they did not clean up after themselves. I was charged to have the vent pipes painted and they did not actually complete it. When I asked for them to come back out to finish they never showed up.

I can't really give this company a review because they never did any work for me. Due to a communication problem we were unable to even get an estimate for the work to be done. Just some advice to the company would be to ensure you have the right address of potential customers and to make sure you know who the actual customer is.

We did respond immediately. We set up an appointment, and met with Justin's wife. She never told him we showed up. Justin says he can't change the review, but he is sorry about the bad review, since we did come out and quote the job.
