Troy arrived on time and resolved the issue. He also noticed that the GFI outlets in the kitchen were not correctly wired and took care of them on the same call

The job that Inline did for me was to install a pendant light in my dining area. They did a great job, they came early, they were quick and did an amazing job making sure the light was in the right spot and that it looks good. I would definitely call this company again for a future electric and lighting needs.

I had a couple odd jobs that needed fixing around the house. Inline quickly responded to my inquiry and I had a time slot scheduled later that same week. The guy who came out was polite, professional and he explained what he was doing as he fixed it which is great to know going forward. Plus he got all of the work done really quickly! I'll be hiring them again for any future work.

Could not find the problem after 2 hours. Definitely put the effort in but did not find the problem. Another electrician came out and figured it out in 30 min.

Mike. Appreciate the feedback. While on site we reviewed all potential issues and while I did not have the benefit of having another electrician there to do the first half of the troubleshooting process our next step was to check the up-line back stabs, which I told you was the most likely issue left on the checklist when troubleshooting an issue. Unfortunately you chose not to allow me to continue and therefore we were not able to check the back stabs. The issue was accurately troubleshot - as I mentioned it was a loose connection on site and followed up afterwards with a cited source and reference to the back stabs. You confirmed this by text within an hour after I left and provided the solution. In addition I spent 45 minutes on the phone on a Friday evening providing additional support at no cost. The other electrician who came out to finish the job had the benefit of the legwork being done for him. I even went out of my way to assist both you and him by providing a video of what we had done so that helped expedite his process.
