- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies on each individual project. We always provide FREE estimates!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do is meet each new customer onsite to access the damage, while talking to the Customer we are able to provide a no obligation estimate. Once the Customer agrees we work on a scope of work, which breaks down what all needs to be done based upon the damage found. We then collectively work together to complete each project with with overall customer service always being our primary concern, times like these are stressful so we always make sure our customer is at ease and up to date on the whereabouts of our progress.
