- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair, upfront pricing for all our projects. We aren't always the cheapest, but it's not about being the cheapest. I want my customers to be super happy when the job is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call usually starts things, then we meet to see if we're a good fit. I always try to make clear the pricing and the process up front so there are no misunderstandings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Haag Certified Roofing Inspector and have been for over 4 years.
