Zona Restoration is awesome! We used them for mold remediation in a bathroom. The put us on their sch duke quickly and clean up our bathroom within a matter of days. They were professional, timely and clean on the job site. Their staff was easy to work with and very helpful. We would highly recommend Zona Restoration!

Zona is the best! Not only are they extremely reliable, but the are thorough, fast, and they are a one-stop shop!
My tenants expressed concern of mold, and Zona was out at my property within 1 day. They did multiple tests, paid for a 3rd party test, had excellent communication with my tenants, AND they did all the build-back work. I obviously hope I never need to call them again, but if I ever have any water or mold issues, I know exactly who I am going to call and feel more relaxed knowing I have them to count on!

I'm renting a house and my landlord hasn't done the best job of keeping up the place. Lately there's been a funky smell in my bathroom and I'm concerned about my granddaughter's health. I called Zona Restoration and had them come out to do a few mold tests. Not only did they find that mold was active in the bathroom but also the kitchen! I'm so glad that I had them come out and do a mold test! It was worth every penny knowing that my family is safe and I can confront my landlord with scientific evidence! Now he has to fix these issues. Thanks Zona Restoration for giving me the peace of mind and the proof I needed. Which costs more, your family's safety or spending the money for a few mold tests?!?

We recently had some mold damage at our office in Scottsdale. We called Zona Restoration and they came out to do a moldinspection and water damage test to determine the extent of the damage. They gave us a GREAT quote and started the mold remediation the following day. We couldn't be happier with the communication, work that was performed and the overall service we were given throughout the course of this restoration project. After the mold test results came back clean we knew the moldremoval had been handled correctly. The next step was the build back and once again Zona Restoration exceeded our expectations! Our office looks better than it did before the water and mold damage took place and I know that if anything like this comes up in the future we will be giving Zona a call.

Pricing varies on each individual project. We always provide FREE estimates!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do is meet each new customer onsite to access the damage, while talking to the Customer we are able to provide a no obligation estimate.
Once the Customer agrees we work on a scope of work, which breaks down what all needs to be done based upon the damage found. We then collectively work together to complete each project with with overall customer service always being our primary concern, times like these are stressful so we always make sure our customer is at ease and up to date on the whereabouts of our progress.
