- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love helping people and I love computers, so naturally computer repair/ maintenance and software attracted me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I do is fix someones computer that is running slow. While I am doing this I will generally provide advice on how to further improve your computer skills and efficiency with computers as well as provide any knowledge you may request on various subject matters that I am knowledgeable on that may come up during the course of our interaction. My advice and knowledge is always aimed at being accurate and backed with references so that you can look further into it if you wish.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you need help with anything, no matter what it is, always try to make sure that the person you hire really loves what they do.
