Chris is the owner of the company. He came out twice himself and troubleshot my many plumbing issues. He worked with me for over two hours on a stubborn leak. The leak required a special order part, which he helped me research. Because of Chris' conscientiousness, I understood what was wrong (he educated me) and got the needed part. What a value! I can't recommend Chris and the plumber kings enough. Thanks. 5-stars!
