Our industry is constantly changing, so continuing education is critical. Certification for Online Marketing and Advertising Specialties should always remain current to offer customers the best possible service and outcomes.

My clients range from other consulting firms to food service to hospitality to law firms. The most common services we provide are advising on a new campaign or providing tools to promote a brand. It might be a pen or a sign or a banner... might be walking through the optiimization of their website.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Before you hire someone to help communicate with customers and build your brand or market your service, ask many many questions. Do they understand your business? Your objectives? Are they concerned with maximizing your budget? Do they have access to what you need or will they have to outsource?
