Not one bad thing to say about this company. Mr. Juan showed up as expected did his work maintain a sense of humor, I couldn't be happier. My concrete floors haven't looked so good in years. I would definitely hire these people again for their outstanding performance!

I didn't select them because I waited too late to schedule the cleaners and needed it done really fast. They were very responsive and did all they could to help me out. After I didn't respond to the suggestion that I call their scheduling department, te person handling their online help must have taken the time to check in to tell me they could have an estimator out there next Wednesday which isn't bad. It just was my fault I held off too long. Very friendly folks and on the ball with responding quickly.

Honor their bids and not increase them by over 400% when they arrive at my house and blame it on "the girls in the office must have made a mistake" I waited several days with my heat turned off for them to come out ...just to haave them tell me that and they said they had to get $250 or the couldn't do the job they bid $60 to do!
THESE GUYS ALSO CLAIMED TO HAVE A GIANT SPECIALTY VACUUM TRUCK AND THEY UNBELIEVABLY SHOWED UP WITH A CARPET STEAM CLEANING VAN... TO CLEAN MY DUCTS. THAT'S BULL.

I'm sorry that you feel that way Joie. We gave you our bid utilizing the limited information that Thumbtack provided us with. I also stated clearly that the number we gave you was only an approximate. The only true way we can give an accurate estimate is to see the work ourselves. Upon inspection of the property we found out that there was in fact much more work to be done than perceived. We adjusted our estimate accordingly. In the future if you are requesting a more accurate estimate, you should properly list the amount of vents to be cleaned.
On another note, we do utilize specialized equipment for vent cleaning that is in fact truck mounted. We do not use carpet cleaning equipment or anything else in order to clean vents/ duct work. Our vans contain equipment for many different types of cleaning(not just carpet) and we adhere strictly to industry standards.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The base price for carpet cleaning is $25 a room to a max of 250 square feet at which point the price increases.
Generally all of our services require a pre-inspection to determine the costs. The cost is determined by the types of chemicals used, labor time and several other factors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in our process for any job is to analyze the situation and inspect the job area. Once we inspect the area we can then give you an accurate quote for any cleaning jobs. For restoration the process varies depending on what the damage is. Call us for more info or to answer any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified and have all of the proper training to perform the tasks related to our industry.
