We had the privilege of working with Duncan on our splitter in one of our rooms and now hes our guy for anything a/c relatedwhich is saying something in AZ! He was very knowledgeable and helped us understand why our a/c doesnt push enough to that room and then he also diagnosed our problem on the splitter and our condenser. We had 3-4 technicians tell us the pad our condenser was on is not level. However what Duncan told us that none of them did and explains why our utility bill is so highwe have a larger condenser than our unit which is 4 ton. He also put some more Freon and its the coldest room in the house. And we now have a game plan moving forward when we need to fix our replace our system. Also Duncan is very transparent about pricing and strives to plainly speak about cost and charges. I trust him wholeheartedly for our a/c needs!
