Total Comfort's technician responded the same day to an A/C failure in 100+ degree heat after American Home Services was unable to timely provide one of their selected contractors for service,as were a couple of other contractors. This occurred during a real crunch in the local A/C business during an extended heat wave.
The tech went beyond the call, diagnosing the problem, chasing the needed parts and running for parts twice to get the system back in operation--one run was after normal business hours and he persuaded the supplier's rep to open the business so he could get a part. That part ended up not working so the tech got the correct part early the next day and repaired the system. Charges were reasonable and the system has performed well ever since. The tech kept us informed throughout all of this so we knew where the job stood. First class service!

Would have given 5 stars, but they were late and didn't call and let me know what was going on. Having said that they did a great job when they arrived, had me back up and running quickly.
