I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. They were the first to reach out to me after I posted on Nextdoor about my HVAC not working at my Kindermusik studio. The owner himself came that same day and worked for hours trying to fix it. Even though it is beyond repair, I still appreciate the effort and support and I would highly recommend them.

We had a roof heat pump unit that was winterized last fall (not used all winter) and we were using a solar mini split to cool our home until yesterday, when the circuit board on THAT unit fried and we were needing a backup. The indoor thermostat/controller had dead batteries, so we managed to get that working, but the roof unit wouldn't start up. We checked for power at the breaker and there was 240v. We called Efrain @ Mark Heating and Cooling and he came out the same day (Saturday). Within a few minutes, he determined the circuit board on the roof heat pump unit was also fried. He was able to bypass and get the fan running, but we will be needing a new board for the A/C function. We will have to find one on Monday. What a knowledgeable and friendly fella. His weekend 'trip charge' was the lowest I have EVER seen for ANY service technician. Thanks Efrain. We appreciate you. E
