Jon and his team did an excellent job on our bedroom mini split. He was very punctual, was transparent and communicative throughout the process, and ensured the installation was discreet and seamless. If I need HVAC work in the future I would comfortably use his services again.

The technician, Peter, was on time, honest and respectful, as well as kind. My dogs loved him! He explained things well, and gave me a reasonable estimate for cleaning a system that has quite a lot of deferred maintenance, and he quickly identified the problem behind the breakdown of my system. He also didn’t try to sell me a whole new system (That was a first!) Every other company I’ve dealt with since moving to Tucson is officially off my list.

After having the big company out (Parker & Sons) with a determination that we needed to upgrade our Trane system to a 5 ton (from a 4 ton) at $17k, I immediately looked up Thumbtack app and found John at Saguaro Air Heating….
He contacted me within 30 minutes and scheduled Peter to come out within 45 minutes. Peter spent a lot of time reviewing the workings of the system and the problem. He found that our two zones were trying to work at the same time cooling down the house, which is not how it is to be setup. He setup the two zones to work at different times which was perfect.
He did find the motor was working quite hard, but said we had time to think about it. Gave us a quote of $800 to replace it. We decided to replace it because of Murpby’s Law.
I can’t say enough good things about John and Peter. Will definitely be using them again!!
