FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, straightforward pricing. Before any work begins, we will explain what we found, go over your options, and let you know exactly what the service will cost. There are no surprise charges or hidden fees. Our pricing reflects quality workmanship, proper repairs, and work completed according to industry standards. We may not always be the cheapest option, but we focus on doing the job right and providing long-term value. Any available discounts or special offers will be discussed before the work is approved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to the customer’s concerns and asking a few questions about what they are experiencing. Once we arrive, we inspect the system, identify the problem, and explain our findings in clear, simple terms. Before any work begins, we review the available options and provide upfront pricing so the customer can make an informed decision. After approval, we complete the work carefully, test the system, clean up the area, and answer any remaining questions. Our goal is to make the entire process easy, honest, and stress-free from the first conversation to the completed job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the HVAC trade since 2000 and have gained extensive hands-on experience with heating and cooling systems, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations. I continue to stay up to date through industry training, manufacturer education, and changes in safety standards and building codes. We follow strict industry guidelines and believe the job should always be completed safely and correctly.
