The objectives of ACH are to generate a profit and be a means of income and support for the owner and any future employees. The mission of ACH is to provide fast and reliable technical assistance to small offices and home users. The keys to success for ACH are marketing and networking, responsiveness and quality, and generating repeat customers who recommend ACH. The services currently offered include hourly technical aid, retainer contracts, projects, technical education on individual basis, and remote monitoring/repair. Other services will be considered as ACH expands.
